Delivery timing
After you check out with Stripe, your download-link email is generated and sent automatically. It usually arrives within about 10 minutesof purchase — not instantly. The render runs first, then the email sends.
If you don’t see it in your inbox after 10 minutes, please check:
- The Spam or Junk folder.
- Gmail’s Promotions, Social, and Updates tabs.
- Whether the email at checkout was typed correctly.
If it’s still nowhere, email hello@skywhen.com with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll resend the link.
Not happy with the result
If the rendered files don’t look right — wrong date, wrong place, a layout issue, anything — reply to your download email or write to hello@skywhen.com and we’ll regenerate the bundle for you, free of charge. Tell us what to change and we’ll fix it.
Refund window
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to hello@skywhen.com with your order email and a short note.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically land back on your card within a few business days, depending on your bank.
After 7 days, refunds aren’t available — but we’ll still regenerate your files if something’s wrong with them.
